We are thrilled to announce that we have completed our move to a new office in downtown Portland. This move marks a significant milestone for us, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this news with you.
Why the Move?
After 6+ years in our old office at U.S. Bancorp Tower, our lease expired at the end of September. During that time, our work environment changed dramatically. We spent almost a year fully remote during the height of the COVID pandemic; upon our return to office, we implemented a hybrid schedule for Portland-based employees, and during that time, we also saw significant growth in our fully remote staff.
As we approached our lease expiration, we began a process to define what the next generation of our office environment should be.
Throughout that process, we were guided by the fundamental values:
Commitment to Portland: We are proudly a Portland-grown and Portland-based firm. We understand that the city has been hard hit by the pandemic, but we believe in its resilience and want to contribute to its recovery and success.
Vibrant Community: Our goal is to create the best environment for our team and clients. Part of making that environment is locating our office in an environment that has energy and amenities.
Flexibility: If we have learned anything over the past five years, we must maintain flexibility in how we work as a team and service our clients.
Our decision to relocate stems from those values, with the goal of providing the best possible environment for our team and clients. Our new office is designed with our future in mind. Here are some highlights:
