Here at Multnomah Group, we believe it’s never too early to start teaching children about smart money management and how to prepare for their financial future. For that reason, we’re a proud supporter of Financial Beginnings, a nonprofit organization that provides finance education to youth and young adults in the Pacific Northwest.
Financial Beginnings provides educational programs that incorporate all aspects of personal finance to give young individuals the foundation they need to make informed financial decisions. The generosity of community members, volunteers, businesses, and foundations enable Financial Beginnings to provide these programs at no cost to participants. Financial Beginnings educates over 50,000 young people each year.
In addition to providing financial support for this important organization, Multnomah Group has volunteered time to teach finance classes.
This week, members of our Multnomah Group team (picture above) attended Financial Beginnings’ 12th Annual Celebration: Celebrating Community luncheon. Attendees had the opportunity to meet Financial Beginnings' participants and enjoy a short program about the organization’s important work.
